Pre-orders will not ship until product(s) become available. That also applies to a pre-order made with current in stock items. (Usually within a few months to a year.)
Pre-order availability dates fully depend on the item and how long the production and arrival might take.

I will usually be updating the status of a product on my social media platforms and newsletter. You are also free to message me directly with any questions and concerns in the contact page.

I package every order during the week and ship them out on Mondays or Tuesdays.

I currently don't accept refunds or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Please keep in mind that the exact colors of print work may vary slightly from the product photos. 

Each print order should come with a tracking number. Stickers do not come with tracking, however, unless ordered with prints. Please reach out to me if you have a concern about the delivery of your order.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
